What's useful to hear about
- Errors in the maths. If a calculator is giving you an answer that feels wrong, tell us what you entered and what came back. We'll check it.
- Calculators that should exist. If you went looking for a calculator and couldn't find it here (or anywhere else), that's a great tip.
- Regional quirks. Product coverage rates, tile sizes and paint brands vary around Australia — if we've assumed something that doesn't match what your local supplier sells, let us know.
- Accessibility or display issues. If something's broken on your phone or with a screen reader, we want to fix it.
What we can't do
- Design your renovation. We're calculators, not interior designers or building certifiers.
- Recommend a supplier. We don't have paid partnerships with any retailer, tile showroom or paint brand. For local recommendations, check Google reviews or ask in a home renovation group.
- Give professional advice. For structural work, wet area waterproofing, or anything requiring a licence — please talk to a qualified tradie or certifier.
Response times
This is a small independent site, so replies come when we can get to them — usually within a week. If it's a calculator bug affecting a real purchase decision, flag it in the subject line and we'll look at it faster.
